Property asset management architecture focuses on improving the systems and processes that feed property information.

At this level, we identify data requirements in more detail and support our clients by designing models, data collection templates and outputs. We investigate and recommend the solution for the data management. We review the business processes that both capture and manage asset data.

In this area, we have worked with our clients to:

• Design prioritisation matrices that provide a high level, comparative view of asset performance that integrates all relevant aspects;
• Design real-time estates budget models to feed full economic costing, allowing budgets to be forecasted using life cycle costing;
• Review performance indicators for property management;
• Develop fully flexible asset taxonomies that comply with the NLPG;
• Develop an asset life cycle costing template, identifying data sources and update procedures;
• Design business processes that maintain the integrity of asset data over time;
• Develop risk based asset inspection regimes.
